How did a visit to these candidates websites change you if at all? What did you glean?
What general feeling did you get from each, what unspoken message, what sense?
What are they trying to portray and why?
Do you experience physical effects such as being ” hard on the eyes” or “sick to the stomache”?
Is the page, image and/or text too busy, too loud or intrusive or are you more comfortable and less tense on one website than on another and why?
Does it hurt or disturb you physically, mentally, spiritually, or emotionally in any way?
Can you see clearly all that is going on when you look more closely, studying what attracts you, what you like and makes you feel good and why?
How much power to you think this website has to change people’s minds or hearts and why?
Does it change your mind?
Have you thought, felt, reacted, or reflected?
Do you feel vulnerable to persuasion by images and messages in political advertising that you haven’t time to process in this way? Are you concerned?
Would you like to see more control in advertising and campaigning when it comes to politics, political campaigns and our governments in Canada?
